Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job:

In order to be able to further develop the ambitious plans for the future, our client is looking for two business analysts for permanent recruitment in order to be able to set up a new international entity, who can assist them in setting up the new structure. Various analysts will work together to master the following processes.
• Plan-to-Produce
• Order-to-cash
• Procure-to-Pay

Responsibilities.

ICT is seen as a strategic component of the business model. In concrete terms, this translates into a high performance and innovative ICT environment, but also into ambitious plans for the future. As a Business Analyst, you are the central link between the process owners and the team of internal and external developers and functional consultants.

• You supervise and coordinate process owners, business partners and developers during implementation, testing, acceptance, release and provide training and support. In addition, you will manage part of the project and coordinate step-by-step plans for new or changed functionalities and integrations.
• You will work on applications in the field of sales, transport, logistics and production.
• You will work closely with the IT team of nearly 30 internal members, temporary external analysts and developers, and consultants from our software vendors.

Requirements.

As a Business Analyst, you will have a keen analytical mind, quickly grasp new domains, and bring the balance between abstract, conceptual, and detailed thinking. You ensure the right balance between costs and benefits in your proposed solutions. For this profile we are looking for someone with the following background and skills:

• You have a higher degree in economics/commercial engineering or relevant experience,
• You have strong communication skills, are fluent in Dutch and highly proficient in English, with a high flexibility to travel (mainly when implementing processes on-site).
• You excel at interviewing, searching complex databases, and distinguishing facts from assumptions.
• You are good at dealing with constant changes and translating vague requirements into clear developer specifications.
• You work methodically in your business analyses and change management
• Experience with SAP is a strong asset
